At Wright’s we specialise in making the very best quality flours and mixes for your baking. Our bread and cake mixes have everything in the pack so just add water and oil then mix and bake – by hand or in a bread machine. All made by a family business with 140 years milling know how.

We hope you will take time to check out the improved Recipes and Tips that will help you with your baking and perhaps submit one or two of your own as well. Every week we will feature a Recipe of the Week and occasionally we will have a seasonal recipe for you.
