Lyons cakes

Lyons is one of Britain's best known cake brands. Most of their cakes appear to contain hydrogenated vegetable oils. Lyons cakes is a brand of Manor Bakeries, in turn part of the RHM food conglomerate. The Mr Kipling cake brand is also owned by RHM / Manor Bakeries.
